1. About us

These Terms and Conditions apply to reservations at Azul Restaurant, Durrës, Albania, and to the use of our website https://azulrestaurant.al.

By using this website or making a reservation, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Reservations

You can book a table by phone, email or through our social media. Your reservation is confirmed when we confirm it to you.

Please arrive on time. If you are running late, let us know. We may hold your table for a limited time, after which it may be given to other guests.

If you cannot come, please cancel as early as possible so we can offer the table to other guests.

For large groups and private events, special conditions such as a set menu, minimum spend or deposit may apply. These will be agreed with you in advance.

3. Menu and prices

The menu and prices on our website are for information and may change without notice, depending on seasonality and availability of ingredients. The prices that apply are those on the menu in the restaurant on the day of your visit. Prices are in Albanian lek (ALL), unless stated otherwise.

Photos of dishes are for illustration; presentation may differ.

4. Allergies and dietary needs

Our kitchen uses ingredients that may cause allergies or intolerances, including fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. If you have an allergy or special dietary need, please tell your server before ordering. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of allergens.

Some dishes contain raw or undercooked fish, such as sushi and tartare. Consuming raw fish may increase the risk of foodborne illness, especially for pregnant women, young children, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems.

5. Alcohol

Alcoholic drinks are served only to guests aged 18 or older. We may ask for an identity document and refuse to serve alcohol if age cannot be confirmed. We may also refuse to serve guests who appear intoxicated. Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.

6. House rules

We want every guest to enjoy their visit. We may refuse service to, or ask to leave, guests who behave aggressively, disturb other guests, damage property or act unlawfully. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.

7. Use of the website

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or send spam or harmful software through our forms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, photos, videos, the menu, the Azul name and logo, belongs to Azul Restaurant or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, up to date or free of interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Albanian law.

10. Complaints and applicable law

If you are not satisfied with your visit, please tell our staff straight away so we can try to fix it. You can also contact us afterwards at info@azulrestaurant.al.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Durrës, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update at the top.
